This website uses no forms, cookies, analytics or advertising tools. All files, fonts included, are served from our own server; no requests are sent to third-party services. The hosting infrastructure may keep limited technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) for security and operation.

Data processed when you contact us

When you reach us by email or phone, the name, company, contact details and request content you share are processed to assess your request, prepare a quotation and carry out the business relationship.

Legal basis

Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK): the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç) and legitimate interest (f); where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.

Transfers

To the extent a request requires, data may be shared with business partners such as manufacturers, logistics companies and customs brokers, and with competent authorities where legally required. The servers of our email and hosting providers may be located abroad.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing and the applicable statutory retention periods require, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
